I am not sure about teh girl part - but there is a strange grown up hanging out in your uterus. Tilt your head to the side and squint your eyes and it becomes very obvious...
based on my girl u/s (I've had 3 girls and SEVERAL u/s's) I woudl say definitely a girl. My friend said if it looks like a cheeseburger-3lines- it's a girl. If it looks like a turtle, it's a boy. That is a cheeseburger!
